SOUTHWEST BY MIDWEST, a exhibit by Robert S. Rea and Baldwin G. Burr, will be held at the Los Lunas Museum of Heritage and Arts through Jan. 7. The artists, who both grew up in the small Midwestern town of London, Ohio, will display their views of the Southwest.

A FALL FESTIVAL will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. at Anna Becker Park in Belen. There will be a silent auction, music, food, prizes, entertainment, a bake sale, jumper, games, a cake walk, costume contest, pet costume contest, pie eating contest and pig raffle.
LOS LUNAS MIDDLE SCHOOL will hold a fall festival from 4 to 7 p.m. Admission is two non-perishable food items or $1 per person. The band and chorus will perform, and there will be a haunted house, food, skits, games, music, karaoke, treats, a costume contest, a cupcake walk and prizes. Tickets are 50 cents each for booths, treats and food.
BUILDING BLOCKS LEARNING CENTER in Belen will hold a Halloween carnival in from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission will be $1 per family. They will also be selling books of 20 tickets for $10. There will ba a bake sale, cake walk, costume contest, pumpkin carving contest and a children’s duck pond. There will also be a silent auction and raffle with prizes.

The food pantry can purchase 2,000 pounds of food for less than $300. The food pantry, located at 115 S.
