THE BELEN MODEL RAILROAD CLUB will be showing trains through Nov. 26 at the Harvey House Museum in Belen. Trains will be run on a 20-foot by 40-foot layout every Tuesday through Saturday, and most Sundays from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
THE LOS LUNAS PARKS and Recreation Department will have its annual Christmas Light Parade at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3. The parade route will begin at the Visitor’s Center, 3447 Lambros Loop, and end at Don Pasqual by village hall. Applications can now be picked up or emailed at this time. THE CITY OF BELEN is looking for individuals who would like to compete in the 24th annual Miracle on Main Street Electric Light Parade and Festival Snow Queen and Snow Princess contest. The princess contest is for individuals 12 and younger, and the queen is for those 13 and older. All contestants must choose a qualifying sponsor, usually a non-profit or charitable organization.
