Telleses celebrate 30th
Edward and Patricia Telles, of Belen, known to friends and family as Ed and Pat, are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 7, with a reception to follow at the Living Water Pentecostal Church, 209 North Seventh St. in Belen.
Ed was born in Albuquerque, where he graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1972. Ed has been self-employed doing odd jobs for many years and is a jack-of-all-trades.
Pat was born in Belen, and graduated from Belen High School in 1977. Pat is a home heath aide, who works with disabled persons and senior citizens.
Ed and Pat are proud parents of three children, Sadie Telles and her fiance, Justin McKinnon, Edward Telles and his wife, Savannah, and Andrea Telles, who is happily single.
They are also proud grandparents of four grandchildren, Uzziah, Estrella, Hallie and McKenzie.
Ed and Pat are known in Belen as the viejito dancers for S & A Dance Academy and have been involved in dance performances and fundraisers for many charitable causes.
They volunteer for activities to help out youth and children organizations and for the needy. They are devout members of the Living Water Pentecostal Church and invite family and friends to celebrate the renewal of their vowes and their 30th wedding anniversary.
Their children and grandchildren would like to extend a congratulations to them on their special day.
