Braddocks mark 50 years of marriage
Mark and Wanda Braddock, of Los Lunas, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, July 15.
They were joined together by God in 1962 at Christ Methodist Church in Albuquerque. They have been members of the Rio Grande Valley Church of Christ in Belen for more than 10 years.
Mark is a graduate of Alamogordo High School. Wanda attended Highland High School in Albuquerque.
Both Mark and Wanda are retired after selling their business, Wiper Supply and Chemical, Inc., after 31 years of being in business.
The Braddocks are the parents of the late Dana Lynn, and Obie Darnell Braddock and wife, Karen, of Albuquerque. Their grandchildren are Adam Braddock and wife, Randi, of Portales, and Amy Braddock, a student at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales. They have one grandchild, Kaylan, of Portales.
The couple will be honored with a luncheon with family and friends and neighbors, hosted by Obie and Karen Braddock at the Los Lunas Transportation Center on Saturday, July 14.
