Renae Garley and Antonio R. Alvarado were united in holy matrimony on July 21 by Father Scott McKee at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church.
Renae is the daughter of Henry and Sally Garley of Belen. She is a 2007 graduate of Belen High School, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in family and consumer science from New Mexico State University in 2010.
Antonio is the son of Patricia and John Alvarado of Espanola. He is a 2006 graduate of McCurdy High School, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in science and mechanical Engineering from NMSU in 2010. He is in the United States Marine Corps.
Frances Castellano, Anna Atencio and Carmela Varoz provided the music at the couple’s wedding. The color scheme was royal blue and silver.
Natalie Garley, of Belen, was the maid of honor, and Estevan Sanchez, of Espanola, was the best man.
The bridesmaids were Makayla Ortega, Christine Reese, Amy Goodson and Cami Williams, all of Belen; and Vanessa Montoya and Jenn Redman, both of Espanola.
The junior bridesmaids were Jenessa and Kaitlyn Ortega; and the flower girl was Maliah Alvardo.
The groomsmen were Jayson Gurule, of Belen; and Enrique Trujillo, Brandon Alvarado, Santiago Lujan and Jose Castellano, all of Espanola; and Jose Cerna, of Duncan, Ariz.
The ring bearer was Kaiden Reese.
The couple held their reception at the Hard Rock Hotel Albuquerque.
They will make their home in Pensacola, Fla.
