Jon Michael Anderson
Jon Michael Anderson, age 63, a resident of Los Lunas, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 20.
Jon was also known as Mike by close friends and family. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him. Mike was known for his inspirational advice on life, his love of rock and roll music, fast cars, camping and cookouts. He will be greatly missed and is now at peace in heaven.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Andy and Dolores; and younger sister, Linda. Jon is survived by his younger brother and closest companion, Gary; two loving daughters, Brande Anderson and Amber Sanchez and husband, David; life-long friends, Mike Malley and Joyce Cordova; many nieces and nephews; and his two K9 companions, Sage and Sierra.

Charles J. Pacinelli
Charles J. Pacinelli lost his two and half year battle with cancer, but gained his place in heaven when he was called home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, Sept. 22, at the age of 70.
He was born in New York City on Dec. 22, 1941, and was a resident of New Mexico since 1972. He retired after 25 years of service with General Electric in 2003.
He was preceded in death by his mother Rose Flores.
Charlie is survived by his loving wife Eileen; he is survived by his children, Scott Pacinelli of Belen; Chuck Pacinelli of Los Lunas; Robert Pacinelli and his wife, Tammy, of Las Vegas, Nev.; Denise Klein and her husband, David, of Los Lunas; his sister, Kay Liebman and her husband, Bob, from West Hempstead, N.Y.; and his beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nephews.
Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 29, at Calvary Chapel New Harvest in Los Lunas.
In lieu of flowers, non-perishable food items may be donated to the church food bank or a donation to the American Cancer Society.

Nicholas Stephen Padilla
Nicholas Stephen Padilla, age 20, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Monday, Sept. 24.
He was a Magdalena High School graduate class of 2010. Nicholas enjoyed playing football for the Magdalena Steers for six years.
Nicholas is survived by his mother, Jamie Gibson; and step-father, Juanito Sanchez; siblings, Lindsey Sanchez, Elena Sanchez and Cheyenne Sanchez; grandparents, Don and Linda Gose, Gary and Earlette Gibson and Juan and Corine Sanchez; great-grandmother, Betty Gibson; uncles, Joshua Gibson, Everette Sanchez, Joe Romero and Felipe Sanchez; and aunts, Kristin Gibson, Jocelyn Gibson, Bernadine Sanchez, Lenore Maes and Bridget Montoya. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A viewing, Rosary and funeral service were held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, Sept. 26. Interment followed at Terrace Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Don Gose, Gary Gibson, Dominic Otero, Jordan Otero, Reuben Otero, Daniel Otero, Everette Sanchez and Juanito Sanchez. Honorary pallbearers were Joshua Gibson and Joe Romero.

Ruby Lee Wells
Died 2012
Ruby Lee Wells, age 83, a resident of Los Lunas, passed away on Monday, Sept. 24.
Survivors include a son, Aubrey P. Martin of Laguna Niguel, Calif.; and a daughter, Debra Wells Sais of Belen.
Mrs. Wells was preceded in death by her first husband, Aubrey C. Martin; her second husband, Jordan C. Wells; and her parents, Denver and Rosa Foster.
She was a lifetime member of the Church of God.
Funeral services were held in Houston, Mass., on Friday, Sept. 28. Interment  followed at Poplar Springs Cemetery. There will be a memorial service held locally, which will be announced in the near future.
