Lady Tigers win at the Pit

Tinaya Murphy led a barage of 3-pointers that gave Los Lunas enough to outlast Los Alamos in the Class 4A quarterfinals at the Pit, 57-44.

Murphy hit four treys and scored 18 points to add to Teige Zellers’ game-high 26.

The Tigers will face St. Pius in the semifinals at 9:45 Thursday morning. The Sartans beat Espanola Valley 71-58 to advance.
