Lady Tigers advance to state title game

Los Lunas survived a stingy St. Pius full-court press to win convincingly, 50-35, in the Class 4A state semifinals Thursday morning. The Lady Tigers will face the winner of the Roswell-Santa Fe game in the state championship game that is slated for a 7:30 p.m. Friday tip at the Pit.

The Lady Tigers were led by Teige Zeller with 17 points and 26 rebounds, her season high.
