THE CITY OF BELEN will be holding its annual All American Celebration from 5 to 11 p.m. at Eagle Park, north of Belen High School. The sixth annual All American National Anthem Contest will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. A horseshoe tournament will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., with a $10 entry fee per person; and a 3-on-3 basketball tournament will be held at 5 p.m. for ages 10 and older, with a cost of $25 per team.
