2014 Citizen of the Year – Charles Cox: Lifelong firefighter, Vietnam veteran, VFW post commander and Boy Scout troop master

News-Bulletin file photo: Charles Cox, a volunteer with the Belen Fire Department, is also the department's nationally-certified fire investigator. Cox retired after 34 years with the Aberdeen Proving Ground Fire Department.
