Beginning at EXIT 203; between milepost 203 and milepost 204, heading southerly along Interstate 25 in Los Lunas, NM; Take off ramp at EXIT 203, onto New Mexico State Road 6 (Main Street), Turn left, travel and heading southeasterly for approximately 2.5 miles along N.M.S.R. 6 (Main Street NW), parcel is located on right (south), Or Beginning at Milepost 34 along NMSR 6 (Main Street NW) heading southeasterly along NMSR 6; Travel for approximately 1.3 miles, parcel is located on right (south) This Parcel is located at address: 1159 Main Street NW (Los Lunas Carwash), in Los Lunas, NM, and is south of the southerly existing Right of Way of New Mexico State Road 6 (Main Street), within the San Clemente Grant, comprising of the northerly portion of Tract A-1, Projected Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 2 East, N.M.P.M, in Valencia County, State of New Mexico. (Parcel 2-TCP-2) (PCN A300420) is located on driveway at address: 1159 Main Street NW (Los Lunas Carwash), in Los Lunas, NM, and is south of the southerly existing Right of Way of New Mexico State Road 6 (Main Street), within the San Clemente Grant, comprising of the northerly portion of Tract A-1, Projected Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 2 East, N.M.P.M, in Valencia County, State of New Mexico. You, and each of you are hereby further notified that the amount offered as just compensation, shown with each separate numerical parcel designation, has been deposited by the Petitioner with the Clerk of the District Court and a portion or all of the amount offered may be withdrawn by a person having an estate or interest in the property described in the Petition on file. This withdrawal may be made only by order of the Court upon proper motion. You, and each of you are hereby commanded to file and serve an answer, as provided by law, to the Petition on file herein within thirty (30) days after service of this Notice on you or thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, if you are not personally served. Unless you so appear and answer, the Petitioner will apply to the Court for judgment as provided by law. This judgment will fix the amount of compensation due to you for the condemnation of the property at the amount offered and deposited by Petitioner.
