The general subject of the action is the condemnation of property. The property is: The Northwest Quarter of Lot numbered Forty-nine (49) being the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4SE1/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Six (6) North, Range One (1) East, N.M.P.M., Valencia County, New Mexico (the "Property"). It is alleged in the Amended Petition for Condemnation (the "Petition") that an easement is necessary for the public purpose of installing and maintaining a transmission line. The Petition seeks, in addition to other relief, condemnation of an easement on the Property. No personal judgment is sought against you at this time, because neither personal service on you, nor an acceptable substitute, has been accomplished.
