House being raffled off for LL charity

Los Lunas Tickets are on sale for the fifth annual Home of Your Own House Raffle to benefit El Ranchito de los Niños.

Only 4,000 $75 tickets will be sold through Nov. 11.

The drawing for a Santa Barbara plan home built by D.R. Horton Homes will be held at 11 a.m. on Nov. 16, at the home, located at 2704 Violeta Circle in the Master Planned Community of Toscana II at Cabezon in Rio Rancho.

Proceeds benefit El Ranchito de los Niños, a non-profit children's home located in Los Lunas. It is dedicated to keeping siblings together in a stable, long-term, loving environment when their families are unable to care for them. Each child receives a comprehensive plan that is focused on the child's educational, spiritual and personal growth and is encouraged to maintain relationships and ties with their biological families.

El Ranchito's commitment to the children is that they remain together and have a "home of their own" until their family reconciles or they reach adulthood.

For further information, call Kris Gillis at 565-4470 or visit www.losninosnm.org.
