Wedding bells ring for Jinhong and Knecht

Enumclaw, Wash. Jessica Jinhong and Christopher Knecht were united in marriage at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Enumclaw, Wash., on July 12.

Father Victor Olvida, the pastor of Sacred Heart, performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Cynthia Lair and Larry Overland of Enumclaw. She is a 2001 graduate of Enumclaw High School and is employed by U.S. Airways in Las Vegas, Nev.

The groom is the son of Jim and Corine Knecht of Los Lunas. He is a 2001 graduate of Belen High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is an assistant manager at Morton's The Steakhouse in Las Vegas, Nev.

The maid of honor was Debra Dunks, the bride's sister, and the best man was Jim Knecht, the groom's father.

Other members of the wedding party included the bride's brother, Dale, and the groom's sister and brother, Vangie and James.

The bride wore a long white gown and chose pink and brown as her colors.

A reception was held immediately after the ceremony at Genesis Farm and Gardens in Enumclaw.

The couple will reside in Henderson, Nev.
