Johnson, Sandoval wed in Los Chavez

Los Chavez Jessica Johnson and Christopher Sandoval were united in marriage on July 26 at the First Baptist Church of Los Chavez.

The bride is the daughter of Bob Johnson and Charlene Maes, and the groom is the son of Pamela Sandoval of Belen.

Pastor Boyd Morerod officiated at the ceremony.

The couple wore traditional wedding attire and chose a black-and-white theme for their decor.

Stephanie Dykus was the maid of honor, and Wayne Curry was the best man. Chanelle Sandoval was the bridesmaid, and Elias Mascareñas was the groomsman.

The flower girl was Hannah Dykus, and the ring bearer was Bubba Johnson.

A reception was held at the Moose Lodge in Belen.

The bride attended Santa Fe High School and the groom graduated from Belen High School.

They will make their home in Los Lunas.
