NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE #471

Ordinance 471: An ordinance annexing certain parcels of land described as Tract: 6-2 (0.63 Acres) S: 33 T: 7N R: 2E Map 75; Tract: 6-3 (2.49 Acres) S: 33 T: 7N R: 2E Map 75; Tract: 6-4, S: 33 T: 7N R: 2E 0.93 Acre +/- Map 80; Parcel 7-1: Tract: SW Portion of 1B3A2 S: 33 T: 7N R: 2E; Parcel 7-2: Portion of Subd: Land of Donald R Saunier Tract 1 3.43 Acres Map 80; and Parcel 7-3: A Certain Parcel of land Situated in Project Section 22, Township 7 North, Range 2 East, NM Principal Meridian, Valencia County, New Mexico, in the San Clemente Land Grant, in a Portion of Tract 1B3A4B, MRGCD Map 75, further described in Exhibit A – Los Lunas I-25 Interchange and East-West Corridor Annexation Map; and annexing certain portions of adjacent ROW as shown in Exhibit A.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
