PROPOSALS
RFP NO: ANCILLARY2223
The Belen Consolidated School District is requesting sealed qualifications-based proposals for Ancillary Therapy Services to include; 1) Speech Language, 2) Physical Therapy, 3) Occupational Therapy, 4) Psychological Services & 5) Social Work Services for the 22-23 SY.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be reviewed by visiting the District website at beleneagles.org.
The deadline to submit proposals is 2:00pm MDT on May 31, 2022. Any proposal received after 2:00pm will not be reviewed. Emailed proposals will not be accepted. Submit all proposals to Logsdon Hall, 19676 Hwy 314, Belen, NM 87002.
