Makayla Grijalva | News-Bulletin photosThe town of Peralta hosted its annual Fiesta de Peralta y Valencia on Saturday, kicking off in the morning with a parade down Molina Road and rounding out the day with a fireworks show. During the day, several bands and performers entertained residents who stopped by, such as the Daniel Solis Band, Impression and Baile Baile.

There will be no bands playing or people dancing in Peralta this year as the town council recently decided to cancel the 2025 Fiestas de Peralta y Valencia due to parking and safety concerns. The fiesta was set to happen on Oct. 4 before being cancelled.
