The bride-to-be is the daughter of Arthur and Linda Howard of Belen. She is a graduate of Belen High School and works as a disability adjudicator.
Her fiance is the son of Steve and Debbie Wallace of Magdalena. A graduate of Magdalena High School, he is employed as a machinist.
A May 4 wedding at the First Baptist Church of Los Chavez is planned.
