FBI offers reward for arrest in Los Lunas bank robbery
LOS LUNAS — The FBI and Los Lunas Police Department are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who robbed US Bank, 2421 Main St. SE, Los Lunas, at about 5 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 12.
The suspect is described to be Hispanic, between 5-feet, 10-inches and 6-feet tall, wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, sunglasses, a face mask and black shoes.
The suspect entered the bank and passed a demand note to the teller, then verbally demanded more money from a second teller. He was observed leaving northbound from the bank.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect. Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to contact the FBI at 505-889-1300.
