•Charles R. Bouyer, of Belen, has a 26-year history in law enforcement and is a military veteran. He is a sergeant with the Isleta Police Department, and was a senior deputy with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
•Raye Byford, of Santa Fe, has 28 years of experience in law enforcement and 20 years in management. He is currently working with International Protective Service, and also worked as chief of the Tesuque Tribal Police Department. He’s also worked for the Espanola Police Department and the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and Santa Fe Police Deparment.
•A.T. Canty, of Columbus, Ga., has held several position, including patrol officer, K-9 handler, drug recognition expert, field training officer, adjunct academy instructor and instructor.
•Abraham Henson, of Veguita, is currently an area supervisor with the New Mexico Livestock Board. He has been a police officer with the UNM-Valencia Campus, and worked in several positions with the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office from 2007 to 2019. He also served with the Mountainair Police Department from 2004 to 2007.
•Philip Holmes, of Whites City, N.M., worked with the New Mexico Department of Qualifications Transportation Traffic Division and is currently with New Mexico EDGE and is a law enforcement instructor.
•Robert Ferreyra, of Los Lunas, is a senior law enforcement academy instructor at the Law Enforcement Academy in Santa Fe. He is a lead school resource officer for Los Lunas Schools, and retired as a patrol sergeant, detective and training sergeant for the Los Lunas Police Department.
•Javier Gallegos, of San Antonio, Texas, is a former federal air marshal and retired law enforcement officer. He has worked with the Office of the Attorney General in Texas, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and as a criminal investigator for the Pharr Police Department.
•Ray Del Greco, of Albuquerque, is currently a commander with the Albuquerque Police Department, where he;’s worked in violent crimes, special operations divisions and tactical section, and the force investigations team.
•Brian Griffeth, of Royse City, Texas, is a school resource officer with the Royce City Police Department. He has also worked as a school marshal, a city marshal, an undersheriff with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department in Libby, Minn., and as the director of public safety in Fate, Texas.
•James Harris, of Los Lunas, the former police chief in Belen and most recently in Bethel, Alaska. Harris has worked as a lieutenant for the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office, a law enforcement ranger for New Mexico State Parks. He is a former sergeant at the Belen PD and was a detective at the Los Lunas Police Department.
•Jack Jones II, of Albuquerque, is the director of training with International Protective Service. He has served as deputy chief of police in Espanola, a lieutenant with the Springer Police Department and serves as vice president/director of Training Law Enforcement Training International. He was also a director of the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy.
•Nathan Lerner, of Rio Rancho, is currently a program manager with Pinkerton Comprehensive Risk Management. He was a police officer with the University of New Mexico and the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
•James Lucero, of Arvada, Colo., currently works as a sergeant with the Denver Police Department, where he’s served since 1998. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bethany College.
•Christopher McCord, of Albuquerque, has been a commander at the Santa Fe Police Department from 2008 to 2025. McCord has also been a firefighter and EMT at Kirtland Air Force Base, Living Cross and Belen Fire Department. He has also been a police officer with the Belen Police Department.
•Mark Myers, of Pueblo, Colo., has 23 years of law enforcement experience, including currently as a criminal investigator with the Colorado Department of Corrections, a community parole officer and as a detective with the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office.
•Joe Portio, of Los Lunas, retired from the Belen Police Department in May 2020. He has served as a detective with both BPD and the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office. After retirement, he opened and operated the Blue Line Grill food truck.
•Kenneth Quirk, of Wendover, Utah, is currently the municipal court judge in West Wendover, and was director of public safety from 2016-2022. He has law enforcement experience with the Storey County Sheriff’s Office, the Lander County Sheriff’s Office and the West Wendover Police Department.
•Steven Rivera, of Bronx, N.Y., is a part-time private contractor developing scenarios dealing with undercover ops and protection. He was a criminal investigator and training instructor with Ogontz Group Ltd. He has also worked with the NYS Department of Taxation & Finance.
•Andrew Rodriguez, of Rio Rancho, is the commander of the Albuquerque Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center. He has also served as deputy commander with APD since October 2023. He was with the Rio Rancho Police Department, having served as deputy police chief, captain, lieutenant, sergeant and patrol officer. He’s also worked for the Los Angeles Police Department.
•St. Francis Smith, of Apopka, Fla., is a special agent with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and was the safety manager for Westgate Resorts. His law enforcement experience includes a school resource officer with the Mount Dora Police Officer. He is a U.S. Army veteran.
•Terrance Snell, of Belton, Texas, is a patrol sergeant with Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He worked for the LaVega Independent School District as a police lieutenant, and an officer with the Lacy Lakeview Police Department and West Police Department.
•Michael Soden, of Placitas, is a lieutenant with the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office. He has worked for the Prince George’s County Police Department.
•Tommy Speakman, of Oak Grove, Mo., is a sergeant with the Raytown Police Department. He has worked for the department since 2022, and has experience with the city of Lone Jack Police Department and Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
•Jeff Tenorio, of Albuquerque, worked as a lieutenant at the Isleta Police Department from 2006 to 2025.
•Mark Torres, of Albuquerque, who is currently a school resource officer with Albuquerque Public Schools, was a deputy commander with the Albuquerque Police Department, a supervising special agent with New Mexico State Police and a special agent with the Office of Superintendence of Insurance. He was also the lead investigator for the 13th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, and has worked with the DEA Drug Task Force, Los Lunas Police Department and is U.S. Army veteran.
•Timothy Zuni, of Bosque Farms, was a police captain with the Isleta Police Department, where he worked from 2004 to 2025.
