1951-2023

Bruce Wayne Botkin, 72, passed away July 28, 2023.

Bruce was born in Topeka, Kan., but lived most of his life in Los Lunas. Bruce served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1969 to 1970.

Bruce was survived by wife, Mandie Trujillo; daughter, Ginger Botkin and wife, Brandy; son, Westley Botkin and wife, Connie; daughter, Brooke Williams; sister, Sharon Meskimen and husband, Doug; brother, Merle; granddaughter, Nikki Rosson and husband, Clay; and two great-grandkids.

Bruce has several nieces, nephews, cousins and lots of friends who will miss him dearly.

Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Merle Botkin; mother, Irene Botkin; and first wife, Mary Botkin.

There will be a celebration of life from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 12, at the Moose Lodge, off of N.M. 314.

Bruce will be laid to rest at 12:30, Monday, Aug. 14, at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
