Jaguars’ Rightley signs with Highlands
TOMÉ —Valencia’s Andrew Rightley has committed to play football at New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas. Rightley, a second team 4A All-State center, said NMHU coaches “made you feel like it’s a family, right off the bat.”
Rightley said the staff “loved my work ethic — they were saying I’m not afraid to hit someone, which I’m not. That’s why I’m an offensive lineman.”
Rightley will study exercise science with plans to be an athletic trainer.
