Beaty played all four of his years at the varsity level and was a part of teams that went a combined 75-27 and won three-district championships along the way.

Beaty was named to the second team all-district following this past season on a Los Lunas team that finished 21-9 overall and won both the regular season and post season district championships.

One of Beaty’s bigger nights on the court during his senior season came against in-county rival Valencia when he scored 13 points in a 69-29 Los Lunas victory.

Beaty will graduate from Los Lunas High School in May, and currently holds a 4.2 g.p.a.

Cornell College is located in Mount Vernon, Iowa, 18 miles east of Cedar Rapids. The basketball team that Hadley will play for finished 19-9 this past season.
