Senior Olympic dance team helps get others socializing, moving
The Valencia County Senior Olympics Line Dance team — The Steppin’ Line — has had a couple of different performances over the past month.
First, the team performed at the Beehive Assisted Living Center in Bosque Farms, and then they did a St. Patrick’s Day performance at The Center for Ageless Living in Los Lunas.
The group motto is “You dont stop playing because you grow old….you grow old because you stop playing!”
The team is looking forward to continued performances across Valencia County as they promote social and physical activity.
