Bacas celebrate 60th wedding anniversary

Leopoldo and Lydia Baca, of Belen, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 28. The couple was married in 1963 in Belen.

Leopoldo is a Vietnam veteran, and Lydia is a homemaker. Both went to school in Belen, and enjoy going to the casino and spending time with their great-grandson.

Their children are son, Francisco Baca, and daughter, Lina Benavidez. Their grandchildren are Deelyla Benavidez and partner Daniel Martinez, and Raymond Benavidez; and great-grandson, JP Martinez.

The Bacas will celebrate their anniversary by going to the casino.
