Menghini, Chavez set August wedding
Denver, Colo.
The upcoming wedding of Therese Menghini and Mario Chavez has been announced.
The couple will be joined in marriage on Aug. 17 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Denver, Colo.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Menghini of Iron Mountain, Mich.
She is a graduate of Iron Mountain High School and of Michigan State University and works as an interior architectural designer.
Her fiance is the son of Barbara and Steve Romero of Belen and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Chavez of Belen.
A graduate of Belen High School, he is attending Denver Metropolitan College, where he is majoring in horticulture and minoring in Oriental medicine.
He is a saute chef at Dazzle Restaurant in Denver.
