Saizes recite renewal vows at golden anniversary

The golden wedding anniversary of Paul and Josie Saiz was celebrated with the renewal of their wedding vows at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Albuquerque on Friday, June 21.

Paul is retired from the City of Albuquerque as supervisor of light maintenance in the water department.

He is a member of the Elks and enjoys camping and watching football and boxing.

Josie, a native of Los Chavez and graduate of Belen High School, is retired from Sears, where she was an interior decorator. Her hobbies include dancing and decorating.

The couple are the parents of Larry Saiz, Vina Olona, Lisa Bustamante and Joanna Tenorio. They have 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
