Crain receives Jewelers of America certification
Jewelers of America has awarded Lori A. Crain of Vaughn’s Earthly Creation in Los Lunas the designation of certified senior sales professional, the second level of the Jewelers of America (JA) sales professional certification program.
“Being a JA certified senior sales professional is an important designation. Lori Crain’s successful completed the JA certification exam attests to her proficiency as a manager, lets consumers know that she is qualified to handle their jewelry needs, and demonstrates Vaughn’s Earthly Creations’ commitment to providing superior service,” said Matthew Runci, Jewelers of America president.
To be certified, the candidate must demonstrate proficiency to an acceptable national standard in facts, processes, procedures, terms and concepts that jewelry sales associates encounter in their daily work.
