NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 05, 2024, in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application. DEVELOPMENT MANAGING CONSULTANTS, ACTING AGENT FOR SIVAGE INVESTMENTS, LLC, HAS REQUESTED PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO SUBDIVIDE: SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: A S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E; SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: B S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E; SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: LCA1A S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E; SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: LCA1B S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E; AND SUBD: LOS CERRITOS DE LOS LUNAS PHASE V TRACT: LCH1B S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING THE FIESTA DEL NORTE PHASE 1 SUBDIVISION. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED WEST OF I-25 AND NORTH OF LOS CERRITOS RD NW. The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website loslunasnm.gov and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by May 27, 2024, for the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing.
