2024-05-16|REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL GENERAL INVITATION The Village of Los Lunas (Village) is seeking proposals for the purpose of providing community fireworks display on July 4, 2024 at Los Lunas Sports Complex (200 Morris Rd SW, Los Lunas, NM 87031). The Fourth of July Celebration is a free event put on for the citizens of Los Lunas, while attracting individuals from all areas of Valencia County. The service provider should specialize in performing community event type firework displays. Prospective service providers will undergo a competitive selection process with the Recreation Division in order to be awarded the contract. The Village will consider the materials submitted by the service provider by taking into consideration their responsiveness, creativity, price and responsibility. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on May 13th, 2024. Interested service providers may obtain a RFP package at the Transportation Center, 101 Courthouse Rd, Los Lunas, NM 87031 or download the document from the Internet on May 13th, 2024 at the following address: http://www.loslunasnm.gov/ Submit proposals to Mr. Matthew Jaramillo, Recreation Supervisor, Village of Los Lunas Recreation Division (505) 352-7717.
