LEGAL NOTICE – Special Education Department of Belen
This is a notification from the special education department of Belen Consolidated School to all students, parents or guardians whose children with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) who graduated from Belen Schools in the academic years 2016-2018, or their legal guardian. Special education records must be retained by us for six years. May 2024 will mark the six-year period for graduates from 2016-2018. Records will no longer be available after June 30th, 2024. Please call 505-966-1862 to retrieve these records. We are located at Logsdon Hall 19676 NM 314 directly north of the old Dennis Chavez School. Please provide proof of identity and/or guardianship.
