NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 05, 2024, in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application. ACTING AGENT FOR EULOGIO E JARAMILLO, HAS APPLIED FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM A-R TO R-R FOR THE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED AS: TRACT: 8A1B1C S: 22 T: 7N R: 2E 0.25 ACRE MAP 69 1985 REV, & TRACT: 8A1B1D S: 22 T: 7N R: 2E 0.25 ACRE MAP 69 1985 REV, WITH NO ASSIGNED STREET ADDRESS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMBINING TRACTS TO ALLOW FOR A MANUFACTURED HOME WITHIN THE REQUESTED ZONE, R-R. The Village of Los Lunas Council will subsequently hear and decide this case at 6:00 p.m. on June 27, 2024, in the Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM. The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website loslunasnm.gov and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by May 27, 2024, for the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing and June 17, 2024, for the Village Council hearing.
