NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting to consider a REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL USE OVERLAY PERMIT ON AN EXISTING A-R ZONE to allow the placement of a single wide manufactured home.

You are further notified that this public hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 10th, 2023 at 6:00 PM, at the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 S. Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Any person having objections or wishing to be heard should make such protests to the Belen Planning Commission at the above stated date and time. Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Please note that your physical presence is advised.
