NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Los Lunas Village Council on May 06, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers the following ordinance was adopted, the title and summary of the subject matter which are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 276-2021-4

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO, PROVIDING FOR A ZONE ATLAS AMENDMENT. NICK SARAP AND MICHAEL SARAP HAVE APPLIED FOR A CONDITIONAL ZONE CHANGE FROM C-1 TO C-2 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN TRACT 77A3B1 S: 26 T:7N R: 2E 0.50 ACRE MAP 72 2003 REV, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 111 LUJAN RD SE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A STORAGE FACILITY WITH AN APPROVED DESIGNATED USE PERMIT.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after publication of its adoption.
