NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on March 24, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM to consider the following application:

RICK TAYRIEN, REPRESENTING LGI HOMES NEW MEXICO LLC, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR SUBD: LAND OF HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TRACT: 3 16.86 ACRES 2007 REV FOR THE PROPOSED VISTAS AT HUNING RANCH SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE HUNING RANCH AREA PLAN. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF SUNDANCE ST SW AND WEST OF HUNING RANCH WEST LOOP SW.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. In addition, property owners adjacent to the proposed subdivision who wish to comment may do so by attending the public hearing or submitting a comment prior to the hearing by phone, mail, or email.
