Will be received by the Town of Peralta at the office of the Town Offices, 90-A Molina Road, Peralta, New Mexico, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday June 6th, 2023. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at exactly 2:00 p.m. in the Town Offices, 90-A Molina Road, Peralta, NM.

Bidding Documents may be secured, by Prime Contractors, from John Kirkpatrick – Architect, 411 Hwy 314 NW Los Lunas, New Mexico (505-865-0111), or the Town of Peralta Offices, 90-A Molina Road, Peralta, NM on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023. A deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will be required to ensure their return. The Bidding Documents must be returned to the Architect in good condition within ten (l0) days after the date set for bid opening. Electronic bidding documents are also available from the Architect at jk@kirkpatrickdesigns.com.

The Town of Peralta reserves the right to waive minor technical irregularities. Bids must be held for forty-five (45) days pending Town action.
