HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on July 28, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM to consider the following application:

ISAACSON & ARFMAN, INC, ACTING AGENT FOR DOUBLE M PROPERTIES, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR SUBD: LEGACY AT SIERRA VISTA TRACT: F1A S: 23 & 24 T: 7N R: 1E 22.09 ACRES PLAT M-529, FOR THE PROPOSED VISTA MANZANO PHASE 1 AT SIERRA VISTA. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ABBY ST SW AND EMILY AVE SW.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. In addition, property owners adjacent to the proposed subdivision who wish to comment may do so by attending the public hearing or submitting a comment prior to the hearing by phone, mail, or email.
