NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE #468

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 13 PUBLIC SERVICES, CHAPTER 13.16 IMPACT FEES, IN ORDER TO UPDATE THE SCHEDULE OF IMPACT FEES, UPDATE LANGUAGE PERTAINING TO LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND IMPACT FEES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND REVISE OUTDATED LANGUAGE THROUGHOUT CHAPTER.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
