NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 6:00PM at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:
ORDINANCE 466
ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SINGLE MEMBER DISTRICTS FOR ELECTION OF VILLAGE COUNCILORS AND ADOPTED RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT ELECTIONS BY DISTRICT AS AUTHORIZED IN 1-3-13 NMSA 1978.
The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
