REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION

RFP NO: 2022-002-MR

The Los Lunas School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of the Los Lunas Middle School Renovations.

The Request for Proposal document is included in the Project Manual and will be issued July 22, 2021. The Project Manual and the Project Drawings may be obtained at the offices of Albuquerque Reprographics at the following address:

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 2:00 PM at Los Lunas Middle School Cafeteria, 423 Main St, Los Lunas, NM 87031.

Deadline: Sealed Proposals must be received no later than Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 2:00 PM (Local time) at the following address:

It is the responsibility of the Offeror to deliver the proposal to the appointed date, time, and location stated herein. Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Los Lunas School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or cancel this RFP in its entirety.
