NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing with possible action on the proposed Ordinance referenced:

The City of Belen Planning and Zoning Commission will allow for public input and take possible action at a public hearing which will be held on January 9, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002 **NOTE** dependent on Construction status at City Hall this public hearing may be held at City of Belen Public Library, 333 Becker Avenue, Belen, NM 87002

AN ORDINANCE

AMENDING THE CITY OF BELEN ZONING CODE

ESTABLISHING

REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS FOR SOLAR INSTALLATIONS

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection at Belen City Hall Development Services Department Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002.
