PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen City Council will hold a Public Meeting to consider and take possible action to adopt a RESOLUTION FOR PARTIAL ROAD ACCESS CLOSURE of Caldwell Avenue, North from Reinken Avenue, for traffic safety purposes. Access closure would be to Caldwell Avenue North from Reinken Avenue and South from Caldwell Avenue onto Reinken Avenue in order to improve traffic safety related to retail activities at the Del Rio Plaza – routing traffic to the signal controlled intersection of Reinken Avenue and Sunrise Road.

You are further notified that this public hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Any person having objections or wishing to be heard should make such protests to the Belen City Council at the above stated date and time. Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002.
