HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting to consider a SPECIAL USE ZONING TO ALLOW FOR CANNABIS MICRO-GROW ON A CR-1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONED PROPERTY.

You are further notified that this public hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Any person having objections or wishing to be heard should make such protests to the Belen Planning and Zoning Commission at the above stated date and time. Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Please note that your physical presence is advised.

The Belen Planning and Zoning Commission will consider moving the case forward to the City Council with a recommendation for approval or disapproval.
