The Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on September 15, 2021 on the virtual platform Webex at

www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting or 1-408-418-9388 (Access Code: 2559 335 5432 Password/Passcode: pzhearing/79432746) to consider the following application:

LATAYAH YORK OF MVD PRESTO, REPRESENTING JS PROPERTIES, HAS APPLIED FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN SUBD: SUN RANCH VILLAGE COMMERCIAL LOTS TRACT: B2A4A 37.444 SQ FT , 0.8598 AC, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 2210 SUN RANCH VILLAGE LOOP SW STE 1E, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE SALES.
