NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 07, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:
ORDINANCE #276-2022-01
AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING A ZONE CHANGE OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO. HUNING LLC HAS APPLIED FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM VALENCIA COUNTY ZONING TO M-1 FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LANDS OF HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TRACT: 4 0.93 ACRES PLAT M-491, LOCATED NORTH OF MAIN ST NW AND WEST OF UPPER LEVEE RD NW.
The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
