HEARING
The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on July 28, 2022 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM to consider the following application:
ISAACSON & ARFMAN, INC, ACTING AGENT FOR DOUBLE M PROPERTIES INC, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR SUBD: SIERRA VISTA TRACT: E1 S: 24 T: 7N R: 1E 10.26 ACRES PLAT M-529 FOR THE PROPOSED CERRO VISTA SUBDIVISION IN THE SIERRA VISTA AREA PLAN. THE SUBJECT PARCEL IS LOCATED SOUTH OF MAIN ST SW AND EAST OF EMILY AVE SW.
The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers.
