Notice of Public Hearing
Town of Peralta Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00PM on January 17, 2023, in the Council Chambers located at 90A Molina Road, Peralta, NM 87042.
Conditional Use Permit – 3646 Highway 47 – Conditional Use Permit for Cannabis Cultivation. Legal; Tract 8 S14 T7N R 2E 6.61 acres Map 67.
Variance – 3646 Highway 47, requesting a Variance for setbacks of an established building. Legal: Tract; 46C S13 T 7N R 2E, .58 acres Map 66.
The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Towns website – www.townofperalta.org and the Town’s Facebook page.
