NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE #465

AN ORDINANCE

AMENDING ORDINANCE 461, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE RECREATIONAL

CANNABIS REGULATIONS, IN ORDER TO MODIFY THE TABLE OF PERMISSIBLE USES, DENSITY

REGULATIONS, AND

REVISE TEXT FOR

CLARITY.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
