PROJECT NAME: EAGLE PARK TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS 2023

Competitively Sealed Bids for Improvements to the existing Eagle Park will be received by the Town of Bernalillo, address listed above, on Friday July 7, 2023, until 2:00 pm (local time) at which time Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Town Hall. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Improvements consist of grade and fill for trail establishment and provide stabilized aggregate paving/surfacing. Project consists of two bid lots for two separate sections of trail surfacing, and a deductive alternate of resin surfacing, sans aggregate.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference meeting will be held at the Eagle Park Recreation Center, 305 Eagle Ln, Belen, New Mexico 87002, on Friday, June 16, 2023, at 2:00 pm (local time). A tour of the project site will follow after the meeting.
